Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth in the ERP software’s & Tech. Solutions sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer requirements
Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create impactful sales materials and campaigns
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through diligent follow-up and closing strategies

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the Tech. solutions industry
Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic
