Job Responsibilities

Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Manager
Expertise in the ability to compile and analyze data from the Cost and scheduling and input into Power BI formats and Power Point presentations
Receives guidance and support concerning day-to-day performance of the work scope
Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts
Reports challenges and issues to the Senior Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary
Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary
Prepare the reports as needed
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technical related field or equivalent
Preferably 5 years of experience in the same role
Fluency in English is required
Experience in construction projects and expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite
Strong English written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills
Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex reporting environment
Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize
High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA
Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers and employees
