Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership in quality control activities across the projects
Ensure all project activities meet the specified quality standards
Verify and manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
Review and verify the project-specific quality plans
Continuously monitor and maintain these plans to reflect evolving project requirements
Investigate and address customer complaints promptly and effectively
Review and validate the corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance with quality management system standards
Initiate and lead internal and external meetings related to quality
Maintain detailed meeting documentation, including minutes and records
Ensure the documentation and reports are set and tracked properly
Prepare and submit periodic quality reports as required by the client and management
Highlight key quality performance indicators and improvement efforts

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or similar are preferred
Fluency in English is required
Extensive knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices
Understanding of quality control and assurance methodologies
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
Experience in project management and quality management systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of materials and equipment used in construction projects
