Provide leadership in quality control activities across the projects
Ensure all project activities meet the specified quality standards
Verify and manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
Review and verify the project-specific quality plans
Continuously monitor and maintain these plans to reflect evolving project requirements
Investigate and address customer complaints promptly and effectively
Review and validate the corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance with quality management system standards
Initiate and lead internal and external meetings related to quality
Maintain detailed meeting documentation, including minutes and records
Ensure the documentation and reports are set and tracked properly
Prepare and submit periodic quality reports as required by the client and management
Highlight key quality performance indicators and improvement efforts
