Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
Manage project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives
Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that arise
Manage and lead the periodic meetings to follow and facilitate the performance and challenges
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team member
Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports
Review and approve the financial invoice according to project specifications and requirements
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in one of the projects of the National Housing Company
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Residential mid-rise or high-rise buildings experience is a must
Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards and familiar with Saudi Arabian construction regulations
New construction technology (Aluminum Formwork, Tunnel Formwork, etc.) awareness and experience will be preferable
Professional certificates such as PMP, RMP, etc. are preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
Fluency in English is required
