Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and design customized OD strategies, solutions, and interventions
Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Saudi Arabia, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring the successful delivery of OD projects
Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of OD programs, workshops, and assessments
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and HR teams
Monitor and report on the progress of OD initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Facilitate internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services that meet client expectations
Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and identify new opportunities for further OD interventions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in organizational development, HR, and business transformation to continuously add value to clients

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in the Saudi Arabian market
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and cultural nuances
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
