Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of L&D programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Conduct needs assessments, skills gap analysis, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the L&D offerings
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery
Provide ongoing support to clients post-delivery, ensuring that they continue to derive value from the learning programs
Stay up-to-date with L&D trends, technologies, and methodologies, integrating them into client solutions to drive innovation and results
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts for expanding the scope of L&D services and solutions
