Financial terms &conditions:


The proposal follows a back-to-back/cost-plus model, with Future View KSA acting as the local Employer of Record (EOR) per Saudi labor regulations.
The Scope of Work (SOW) strictly covers staffing and administrative functions, excluding technical supervision or performance assessments.
Employee activities must adhere to Saudi labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
Salaries and service fees are payable 100% in advance in USD, based on the official exchange rate.

All payments are made directly by the client to the provider in USD, with employee salaries disbursed in SAR (Saudi Riyal) based on official exchange rates at the time of payment.

An insurance deposit equivalent to one month’s salary per employee is settled before the third month of employment and refunded upon contract completion.

Termination liabilities are fully settled by the client in accordance with Saudi employment law, including end-of-service benefits and severance.
Applicable taxes and VAT are excluded from the quoted rates (VAT applies only to domestic transactions within Saudi Arabia).
Payroll and payment cycles will be determined in advance and structured per Saudi Wage Protection System (WPS) standards.

Service execution commences no earlier than one month post-agreement signing to allow for regulatory alignment and onboarding procedures.
