Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law and Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent degrees from an accredited university
Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management in a job role that includes taking responsibility for contract management in the construction projects, and the ability to prepare, manage and supervise all types of contracts, whether contracts for construction, supervision, procurement, design, implementation and operation for all stages of the project
Fluency in English is required
Direct experience in managing pressure distribution, execution and business management Drafting and managing contracts, collecting and receiving bid requests, bid evaluation, awarding, contractor performance monitoring, retrospective costing, claims and dispute settlement Technical and administrative knowledge of engineering/construction contracting practices, sites, government procurement practices, commercial aspects, policies, procedures, and work practices
Proven experience in pricing, contract system, drafting and managing contracts, negotiating change orders and effective correspondence
Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills
(Work experience in GCC is essential)
