Lead the payroll and personnel functions for clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with local laws and regulations
Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, benefits administration, tax deductions, and statutory reporting
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia’s labor laws, social insurance (GOSI), end-of-service benefits (ESB), and other relevant regulations
Develop and implement payroll and HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance
Oversee the management of employee records, including personal data, attendance, leave balances, and employment contracts
Handle the preparation and submission of various reports, including payroll summaries, tax filings, and social security contributions, as well as any ad-hoc reporting requested by clients
Lead the development and implementation of employee compensation and benefits structures, ensuring they align with industry standards and client requirements
Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll-related matters, resolving issues and queries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure that all employee-related matters are handled in compliance with company policies and local laws
Stay up-to-date with any changes in payroll and labor regulations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring clients are prepared and compliant with any new requirements
Manage a team of payroll and HR personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery
